MY REVIEW
Trey used to have his life set out in front of him. He had his beautiful wife, Rosette, that he loved more then life itself, two loving children, his younger brother that is like his own child, and a family. But after a tragic accident, his career in the Navy is taken away from him. Which in turn leaves him suffering from PTSD. But as we all know suffering from a loss is not easy and Trey struggles through getting used to his new life. He has a short fuse, is blind to what's happening around him and is detached from his loved ones. Slowly he pushes everyone he loves away until Rosette's breaking point comes. His wife Rosette is by his side since the beginning but she suffers through her husband aloofness and suffers alone. Trey isn't the man she once loved. But when on the verge of of divorce they both are hit with more tragic loss and inherit, Hope, their niece. When Hope is brought into their lives they both have a chance to heal and and given HOPE.
Hope that their marriage can overcome the hurdles that they are faced with.
I cannot express how beautifully written this story turned out to be. Point Hope deals with the loss of loved ones, the struggles that develop in an estranged marriage and the responsibility of caring for another life.
Love, Hope, Marriage, and Family are the themes in this beautiful story.
